Sage Connection
1.What is the Sage connection?
You create invoices using Sage Software and receive payments through WooshPay. You want Sage invoices to automatically be marked as paid when users successfully pay via WooshPay.
Yes, this is the process of automatic reconciliation of Sage invoices, which is the purpose of connecting your WooshPay account to Sage Software.
2.How to connect to Sage Software?
2.1.Contact WooshPay account manager
Contact your account manager at WooshPay and explain that you need a Sage Software connection. The account manager will provide a system link; click it to start the connection.

2.2.Log in to your Sage Software account (if needed)
2.3.Choose your country or region
The country selected by the user authenticating must match the region of the Sage Business Cloud Accounting instance. For example, the authorization request will fail if the user has a Spanish business and selects the US in the country/region selection screen.

3.How the automatic sage invoice reconciliation work?
If you authorize WooshPay APP in Sage, WooshPay is able to automaticly update your Sage invoice when your customers pay via WooshPay and attach the correct invoice number.
3.1When your customers pay via WooshPay, payment amount = invoice amount.
3.2When your customers pay via WooshPay, payment amount < invoice amount.
3.3When your customers pay via WooshPay, payment amount > invoice amount.
In this case, WooshPay will not update your invoice. Please go to the WooshPay Dashboard to check the payer name and the reference detail.
